Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name and shipping address at checkout, and your email and account details if you create an account.
• Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
• Automatically collected: device and usage data, and cookies/identifiers used for analytics and advertising.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders and provide customer support.
• To manage your account and order history.
• To measure and improve our site and marketing.
• To deliver and measure advertising (for example, via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads).

Service providers we share with

We share only the information needed with trusted providers who help us run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation.
• Google — optional account sign-in (OAuth), and measuring our Google Ads. When you place an order, we tell Google about the purchase: its value and items, the ad click that brought you (if you came from one of our ads), your email address and name in a hashed (irreversible) form, and your country and postal code, so Google can match the sale to its ads.
• Resend — sending transactional email such as order confirmations and sign-in codes.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and analytics via the Meta Pixel. With Advanced Matching, limited contact information may be shared in a hashed (irreversible) form to measure ads and build audiences.
• Vercel & Neon — website hosting and database.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences and Google's My Ad Center.

Our own site analytics set no cookies. To count visits, we combine your IP address and browser details with a random value that changes every day and keep only the resulting code. We record the pages you view, how long and how far you read, and which buttons and links you press (their labels, never anything you type); your IP address itself is never stored, and the daily value is deleted after two days, so visits on different days can't be linked. While your tab is open, your browser also remembers the page you arrived from and any campaign tags in the link (including the click code Google Ads adds to links from its ads); if you place an order, that source is saved with the order so we know which channels bring customers.

Your choices

You can access or delete your account at any time, and you may contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
